Thats Buddy Hill, huge con artist who has the firewall x22 convert and the othe X44 10 10 tag..
Goes by 1bud_auto on ebay https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthrea...ight=1bud_auto all those tags are repops. I don't know why he hasn't been taken down yet. He has ripped off members here and many others!!
