So judging by the info it has a 1965 962 block with GM aluminium heads so that is probably why the seller is calling it an L89. Never seem to been any good docs to verify anything even back then. Like to see pics of the tag. I wonder why it would have been changed.

That car has been around a longggggg time. It is a 396/325hp car. NOM and I can almost promise you that is a fake seller.

I have that Car Craft Mag- will have to dig through the stacks to find it.
I always wondered what happened to all those drag cars featured way back then. Think they are hidden away, destroyed? Guys racing in the 70's got to be getting up there in ages now. thanks for sharing this- |
