I’ve gotta say, black with a gold interior looks sharp but I’m not real fond of the gold stripes. He’s very optimistic about his value estimate. 8-|

Yes, Bob wanted $250k for his car! Unfortunately, the vast majority of Black Panthers were just 327 cars with an appearance package. I’d value them at 25%-50% more than a similar condition non-BP car. A documented hi-po car would be a lot more in my opinion.

So does anyone know what happened to the "George Moss" Black Panther with the "balance & blue-printed, ported and polished" 427 4 sp 4.10's? Now they say it comes in at 3232lbs? Is that right for a steel-headed BB 1967 Camaro?

Mark, how would one authenticate one of these BP Camaro's? I'm sure you can get GM docs that says it's a Gorries car if it was sold there, but what if it went to a different dealer? Or did the other dealers send cars to them to convert or add the BP package?

The link with the George Moss 427 is an obvious dealer installed 427. So even if that car was just found say in a barn, how could one determine it's this 427 car and not just a regular 327 BP car? Or are the Gorries files around to say what VIN #'s got what?

Much like the Conroy 427 Cheetah Beaumonts.
