The clip on the left is what GM serviced going back to the '90s. I was involved with a Camaro parts business for many years; we sold a kit with 6 of the clips and bolts.

Consider the assembly line cage nut single-use only; anti-seize won't help if the nut snaps off the clip before proper torque is reached. When that happens you can't remove the bolt. Saw many a Camaro parts car back in the day with holes hacked into the floor to get them out.
