The mirrors are not period correct and the door looks to have a mount for the correct mirror.
Do to the age of the truck I would expect a repaint. The bumper and grill could have been changed. One would have to see the truck in person to see what other clues might be present. There is rear box on this truck but it could have been added. There appears to be blue paint under the white deck paint. Great truck would love to have it in my driveway!!
