You raise a good point. At least one car had them removed, maybe both.

When we get a little close to the actual auction date I will rerun the "Guess The Selling Price" poll thread - to give people a second chance (and maybe for some a first chance) to come up with their best guess.

A friend of mine is headed there and I will give him eight hundred bucks to pick up the Bullitt for me. I suppose it's $880 with commission? I feel that is fair based on condition.

He thinks millions but i'm not sure it is shiny enough for the rich mooks and the young 'uns either have no interest in it or no money.
I was surprised to see it being auctioned, but maybe as someone already posted Ford got their value from it and doesn't need it anymore. I assume it was Ford that was responsible for the car for the past two years?
