Have an appointment this afternoon to see my doctor about my leg. The swelling really hasn't gone down at all but the pain is subsiding so that's a positive. She takes such good care of me that just knowing I will see her today has really uplifted my demeanor.

I feel bad about a lack of new posts in my thread. Sitting at my desk is not good for the leg so it's either on the couch or in bed. But I promise once I am back to a semblance of normal they will come. Count on them.

Everyone PLEASE stay safe and well and cherish those around you. I can't even begin to thank my son Alex for all the work he has performed for me. He's become my pair of legs these last 3 days. He never complains and is always willing to help me. Last night as a birthday gift he sat with me for an hour rubbing lotion on my leg. We had a great time reminiscing about things we had done in the past together. Please spend some quality time with loved ones. Focus on them. It makes all the difference in the world.
