Extremely easy to rebuild though a parts washer and bead blast cabinet helps a lot. I do all of ours here and they are not difficult at all and only takes a couple of hours. The seals are the tricky part if you have never done them before.
However and like Jake said, you can have them done pretty inexpensively.
