That's for a '33 - '34 ford, you can tell by the radiator grill shell mounting tabs on the top in front of the filler neck. Add on A/C condenser.

'32's had mounting holes in the lower side tabs and a offset filler neck.

For use with a some later engine than a flathead V8 though, as the flatty had separate water pumps for each bank and the rad had two upper and two lower outlets/inlets.
