Not boring at all, Donnie. I suspect a lot of us 'car guys' are DIY-ers around the house as well. Glad you were able to get your appliances. I've had a new wall oven/microwave combo on order for just shy of a year now, and still no idea when - or if - it will ever come.

a little update.
inside is finished. working outside 90 yards of topsoil and grass is growing.
need to build my porch steps get the skirt boards on and get the railing up.
it all takes time and money.
and I'm short on both
