Default 1965 Biscayne 4 door L78- The Ultimate Sleeper??

One could say this is a true sleeper. Poverty caps, 4 door & Biscayne trim. Black cars with red gut are stunning due to the contrast, however for me black exteriors make any car look sinister. Note there is an incorrect caption noting the car as a 427 Biscayne.

I wonder where this 65 is today? I remember reading about a car like this long time ago. Might have been the article. Cool 😎.

Someone posted here a few years back that the original owner had ordered this Biscayne to pull the L78 for their drag car being buying a Corvette or big Chevy was the only way to get one, then ended up changing plans etc.
Car exists, was @ a Mecum sale in ‘21.

I saw that car last summer at a show in Nelsonville Ohio. The owner didn’t seem to know much about it.

That was a good price for what’s likely a 1 of 1 car.
