I cut my original fenders into pieces so that they could be laid on top of new fenders and the holes could be transferred. I have loaned them out to several other people so that they could get theirs drilled correctly. Mine are '69, so that's not going to help you much. If you have your original fenders and they are no good then cut them up so that you can use them for templates.
