There are a couple of things to look for even with those items being replaced. First look for the hole in the firewall where the vacuum hoses came through for the RS headlight doors. Second look at the headlight switch, most often they are not replaced if converted back to a std front end. Now eventhough the car has the w/w motor & pump for an RS it does not mean that it did not come with the car.
