Greg,

I was not aware that there were two distinct green interiors for 1969. What you posted makes perfect sense... GM would have to differentiate between the two colors in some manner. Still a bit odd that I haven't seen an "M" to this point... Must not be all that common.

Good info Greg.

What I have discovered in researching the number codes for trim level is that more often than not, any difference between the number and the exterior trim level was a result of the owner making a change to better suit his/her taste. The body side moldings seem to be removed in a lot of cases... I guess a lot of people like a "clean" look. The ONLY car so far that can't be explained in some manner is the previously mentioned blue L-78... Every other car surveyed seemed to follow the pattern that I posted previously.

Hey Tom!

Dig yourself out yet?

Regards,

Stan

Hey, I recognize those nuts.... and that bug in the radiator too!

I'm gonna have to tell my wife that my nuts are pictured on the internet.

Rowdy Rat;

No problem, that is the kind of thing I am trying to do with the Nova Research Project It is just moving rather slow right now. A little bit here and there.

That's the one.

And it will do lots of this, of course.
