The original factory sill plates do have the body by fisher plate rivited to the sill plate. Later GM replacement sill plates have them glued on, no rivits. Roger

As I've said before, use extreme caution while on Ebay. Its nothing but deception and misrepresented items many times.

There is no substitute for combing the swap meets. They allow you to "feel, touch and smell" the parts you're after.

Sorry I misunderstood I thought that the rivets meant they were riveted to he body of the car

I just realized that you can add the ending of an ebay auction to your computer calendar (i.e. MS OUTLOOK) by clicking on "Add to Calendar". I can not tell you how many auctions I missed out on because I forgot when they were ending.
