Jason,
There was more to it then just the sway bar. I also understand that the car was a no sale as well.

Good Luck

Rick H.

Yes, it was. I'm planning on reauctioning for my friend but want to know how to list it correctly.

Jason...Have you seen the car in person? If not, I suggest you email Aces070 for his thoughts on the car.

If the car is not what it's selling to be then I wouldn't be selling it for anyone. How's a lawsuit sound? I'd get my $ss outta there.

Good Move Jason…. That is a Great Looking car, you should have no problem selling
it. Unfortunately fraud is becoming a real big problem in this hobby and there is lot
of litigation going on due to people not doing their homework and finding out down
the road that they just spent a lot of money on the Muscle car they have been saving
for and dreaming about since collage and it turns out to be a Fake.

Good Luck

Jason was very up front and honest,, the owner of the car was the real problem,, I do not think Jason misreped the car on purpose,, he was going on what the owner shared with him,, but,,, that doesnt make it right, we spent better than $600 between flights and rental cars to buy the car,, hopefully someone got a $600 lesson besides my Son..
