Default 68 427

A friend has a bare block he is trying to figure the value for.
The front pad has "TO70898......" stamped on it. (I didn't give the end of the number since it's the VIN)
The casting number is 3935439 and has E 13 8 on the side.
IT has a sleeve in cylinder #6 and is bored +.125".
What exactly is it? What is it from?
Any input is appreciated.

Lots of variables.
427 CID used on Late 1968 & Early 1969 Corvette & Big Passenger cars with multiple horse powers of 335-390-400-425-430-435.Came with either 2 bolt or 4 bolt mains.

That a funny looking Tona code on the end.
Are you sure it's T070898?..PM me the full CON VIN# to determine the car it was originally installed in.

Yes I got them.
There seems to be some contradiction. The VIN# you PM'd me is a 1968 Corvette, but the 9B Year/Plant code does not back this up.Please make sure they are indeed that.If they are actually 8S,that would make more sense.
Also find out if it has 2 bolt or 4 bolt main caps to narrow down Horse Power.

BTW-You have selected the option to send private messages, but not receive them.
