First, It is now Sept. and he was wrong not to communicate with you about any problems............
It was his tach at time of purchase ,if he thought it wasn't working properly he should have asked for his money back or sent it back to you to check it--NOT go on his own merry way to mount up repair bills and then send you the bill......
How much is the repair bill?........
