Pulled the gas tank down and found all this North Carolina dirt on top of the tank......New one is on the way

What looks like rust is actually the red dust and dirt



I'm gonna do a NJ Steve powerwashing underneath the car.....let's see if I can match his good job and if the result's are the same.....I'll post pic's when I'm done and it dries

Hopefully it's warm there today? I almost had to wear long pants today...it's near 70 degrees...Brrrr!

O.K. Here are some after washing pic's...Not Fun...A little wire brushing and glass beading is all that's required.........Just light surface rust
