'70 Camaro Cleaning
I got some brand new power tools so I got busy cleaning the bottom of the '70 Camaro.
I never knew how much fun wire wheels and hand grinders were until I met undercoating... Here is the part number on the driver's side front frame rail...  Here are the original drum brakes...  Here is the original drum brake shoe part number...  Before...  After...  Frame rail after shot... OK not the most flattering picture... but its nice looking.  Trust me its no Super Car Workshop job (  ) but it sure is nice to do some wrenching and tooling around without paying someone else to do it... The best part is, I've got overspray to clean and some more to detail. This '70 sure is well preserved!Thanks for the inspiration Steve, Ken, Tom and others... -Dan

Dan........Nice Job.......It's amazing how nice this stuff can turn out with simple hand Tools.......It's all about dedication, detail, and knowing where you want to end up.........and the Fun (for me anyway) is in the journey..
Now we know how much dedication and work the Professional guys put into a resto........  Ken

Nice one Dan. I used wire wheels on pretty much everything when I pulled the the motor and front end off my Z. Went thru a lot of them but they really do the trick..
