[b] My son had basketball camp with the Hoop Group up in NJ and we passed the Langhorne Speedshop
on Route 1 on the way there yesterday. This place has been there forever and had all kinds of stuff
in the parking lot and surrounding the building. Being Sunday they were closed but this '69 Camaro
had a for sale sign on it, so we had to stop and look. Saying it was rough is being real nice!
There were a few other rotting musclecars there that didn't have signs, but were interesting.

Ahhhh, a future numbers matching 409 car for sure! An original 283, so the VIN is for a V8 car! Stop by and grab the VIN and cowl tag info just for the safety of the future of the hobby!
I can tell the car was built after Jan. The gas tank on the floor is from an El Camino and I see a heater blower motor delete plate on the floor.
Black on red.......just what everyone wants!!!

Thanks for thinking of me. Someday, all that info will be passed onto SOMEONE after I'm pushing up daisys...

------Verne,,,Look closely at that bubble as it appears to have been white originally. Agree that it will probably become more than it is. Actually I think it would be more fun (although less return) to make it an authentic appearing 327/300, 4-spd. Maybe add a 62 Vette injection unit and 30/30 cam to the mix. Chrome reversed wheels and cheaters on the back. What do you think???..........Bill S

I don't think Chevrolet made any of those with small blocks. They must have all been 409s..

Yep, the cowl area looks original and it's white. I missed that because the black looked like it'd been there forever!
