Went to visit a friend this past week that has a yard full of Trucks and cars he's collected while towing over the years. I've must have glanced at this Brown Oldsmobile for the past two years figuring it's just a plain jane Delta car. He tells me he and a friend in late 77 purchased two Oldsmobile Pace cars, one they painted brown, and dropped a cam in it. Car has the original 403 -- The only sign left that it was a pace car is the Silver paint on the door jambs and the 403 under the hood.

It is hard to make out but this is a 69 Camaro. West of Avon, NY on route 20. I only have my Cell phone to take a pick.

Here are a couple of neat 65 Impalas. The first one here is in a yard in upstate NY. Framingham car, red/red 396 SS 4 speed. Still has the orig engine in it, and the tranny is supposedly in a pile with several other Muncies that were blown in this car.

This second car was also really cool. I saw it while out exploring junkyards in Indiana during the National Impala Assoc. convention last July. The yard was crushing out after over 30 years worth of stuff. It's a Flint built black/red plain Impala 409 4 speed. It even had a top dash clock originally Unfortunately it was way too far gone to save, plus, somebody swiped the cowl tag

A few leftovers.

Interesting FB crayon marks.
