1969 -- paint code delete hugger orange nova
some interesting pic's of the trunk lid while at kens for restoration....
lid has paint runs and very light paint, also no paint under hinges and in front of lid area.

That's normal. There should not be paint under the hinges bec/ the lid was painted while installed on the car. The back edge never gets a lot of paint bec/ it's too difficult to get the gun at the right angle.

He'll shoot with DP50 to get the plain steel look, then dust on the orange paint after installing it on the car. If not, we have people in the area that will visit him

Someone was in a hurry that day! I guess it's hard to spray the back of the lid when it's on the car?
