If you paint it, you'll have to replace the tags. It has a few scratches, but it could be left for "patina".

Question: If the assembly plant didn't paint the car, why are the trunk stickers there in the first place? Were they shipped with the body to be affixed later?

It's wasn't paint delete, it was special paint. The car would have been painted on the line just like any other car, just a different color.
