Default 70 nova tilt column question

Hello could anyone please check their steering column for some information that i need? What i am looking for specifically is the length for the bottom housing piece, this is the one that would have the shifter arm attached to it( if you had a non console car that is), what would be the correct length needed for a 70 nova on this piece? any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks, Geoff.

What bottom housing piece? On the column or on the floor?

Hello Thanks for the reply, the steering column lower housing, this piece would be a blank, if you had a console or it would have the gear shift selector lever if you did not have console .
