Good Evening to all,
It's been about a week since I was on board here.
Last thus. Aug. 10 I experienced what I now know was a heart attack. Heavy chest pains but could slow down the pain and continue on. Finally on Sun.the afternoon of the13th, knowing I needed to do something, I went to the St.Mary's hospital and of course they didn't have a heart lab. So they put me in an ambulance and sent me to there sister hospital in Madison Wi. Funny thing,ambulance wouldn't do 30 miles an hour so had to change it out for another. Anyway long story short , that Monday they tried to do an angioplasty with no success, so tues. I received a triple By-Pass and here it is Saturday and home already. I cannot say enough praise for ST.Mary's hospital of Madison Wi. And there team. It's just me but you never know when this can strike any of you. Take care and thanks for listening Joe Smith

Get well Joe. I had the same thing when i was 45 and glad i got to the hospital quit. Not much worse than the bypass but it heals up pretty quick. Hang in there.

Joe - A lot to get your head (and heart) wrapped around. Glad to hear you are seeing progress. Any words of wisdom you can impart?
