Maybe the dash is the fleet code? Usually it’s 1118. Maybe Charlie can chime in with a pic of the cowl tag from the Dan young pace car he owned. This car was probably built the same week as the young car.

Dan young car was built 03c so I was off a month on the heartbeat car build.

Lots of 67 IPC's just have the dash and not the full F&SO code on the tag.
1 of 3?? I know of over 20 L78 IPC's.
Not the original block.
