Stumbled across this site tonight, there are some very cool cars shown in the restoration process. Does anyone here own any of these cars or know anything about this business? Also, is there a certain VIN range that these cars fall into? There must be or how could someone document one without the paperwork? Just curious. Berger COPO

Re: By Berger COPO
"Berger Chevrolet Dealer records and historical files obtained by Ed Cunneen or the COPO Connection of Lombard Ill have documented this COPO Camaro" I didn't think Berger had any records. They didn't have any on my ZL1.

Re: By Berger COPO
Charley, both Dale and Matt Berger have told me the same thing, that none of the Berger records from that time frame exist, at least that they know of.

Re: By Berger COPO
COPO Connection records indicate that there were 5 separate orders submitted by Berger for 1969 COPO Camaros. These orders showed 41 Camaros being ordered, including the ZL-1. The first order was for 10 Camaros, which were produced the last week of February. The second order of 10 cars was made made shortly after, and included the ZL-1 as the first car in the order. These cars were also produced the last week of February. The third order of 10 Camaros was produced the third week of May. The fourth order of 10 Camaros was produced the last week of May. Then a separate special order for one car was placed and was built the fourth week of May. I believe the first order included the Rally Sport option. The last car was ordered by a Berger employee.

Re: By Berger COPO
Ed, does your list show the VINs? Also, options?
