looking for cap like in att. picture. I think they made by a company named Slant??

Kim,

The company is STANT and it's a "Safety Release" cap. You should be able to get one at just about any auto parts store. I got one at Walmart a few years ago.

Yes, that one is just about current production.
If you can't find one. Let me know...

When I hit the yards I pull the little rubber seal off of those, and throw them back - I'll grab you one.
NAPA has them.
