I've used Charlie a lot in the past & always have been pleased with his work. His lead times, however, are always pretty long and his prices are salty. Again though - his workmanship is great.
There is another guy whose work I've been pleased with in the past. He does a lot of NCRS quality belts for half of what Charlie charges. I didn't ask his permission to post his name & contact info, so PM me if your interested.
