The input you have is a 1963 Borg-Warner close ratio 9310.
1963 is the only year Borg-Warner used the left hand nut to retain the front bearing. In the pictures you can see the oil holes just below where the input bearing would ride, Muncie's don't have these. The drill dimple where the bearing goes designates 9310 alloy. Hope this helps... Crash |
