No, he's pointing you to the Buegler rollout pinstiper. The kind with one of more serrated roller wheels attached to a cylinder full of paint. That's how they were painted at the factory along with a metal guide. The Buegler guns are really simple to use and do an excellent job (with a little practice) of laying the paint on smoothly, and have the ability to paint absolutely parallel lines. Beugler Pinstriper
