Default correct paint on 1969 camaro rear end

The rear 12 bolt was painted with the drums on, so the drums are black. So the wheel cylinders and bolts are also painted black on the outer surface by the brake line. And the bleeders are black. Is this correct?I always bare steel paint the inner surface of the backing plates where the shoes go. Thanks John
